SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Race Entry Registration

Athletes bypass the online registration process and are introduced to a personal contact who will assist with registration and other race-related arrangements.

Ferry and bike slot reservation assistance

Booking forms will be pre-filled and sent to athletes for payment endorsement.

Express check-out 

Athletes will be personally greeted by an escort who will assist with immigration clearance and baggage collection.

Hotel reservation assistance

Booking forms will be pre-filled and sent to athletes for payment endorsement.

Late check-out 

For guests staying at Nirwana Resort, athletes are granted complimentary late check-out (at 4pm) 

Pre-Race Coaching

Metasport will provide virtual assistance (email and telephone support) with race-related coaching tips

Arrival & Departure Transfers

On arrival at the ferry terminal, athletes will be taken by private transport to Nirwana Resort. On departure, private transfer to the ferry terminal will also be arranged. 

Race Kit Delivery  

Metasport will hand deliver the race kit to the athlete's room. This service is applicable to athletes staying at any hotels on Bintan island.

Designated Transition Area

Athletes will be allocated a specially selected bike slot in the best available location within the transition area.

Awards Dinner Table Reservations

Athletes will have priority access table reservations at the awards dinner.

Athlete's Helpline

Athletes will have access to our helpdesk providing assistance with all other race-related arrangements
(e.g. bike servicing, ground transport booking assistance) on request.
