For all spectators there are a large number of activities during the day to keep everyone entertained.

Yoga Classes
Free Yoga Classes for participants and spectators to The Bintan Triathlon by Om Shiva.
Yoga, as we know it, is a great way to increase flexibility, reduce injury, gain balance and calm the mind. What we’ll get in return for the 10 to 15 mins of simple yoga sequence routine gives almost instantaneous results.

   

Fit Bar Stretching Sessions
Free pre and post stretching sessions at The Bintan Triathlon using The Fit Bar for all participants and spectators to the Bintan Triathlon.
A great way to help increase flexibility and decrease muscle tension, it can help prevent injury and improve performance. It’s great to get the circulation going, especially in areas of muscle soreness.

   

Kid’s Club
We know its more than a race. It’s a family event and a short weekend getaway, that’s why we’ve got a kids’ club set up to keep the kids entertained with fun and games while you’re at the race.

D’Ranch Horse Ride

Fancy a short horseback ride, a leisurely ride in a carriage with the horseman doing all the work? Or how about a leisurely trail ride, or a Safari Tour on a horse? Nirwana Resort Centre has it all for you. For more information, click HERE

Paintball
