Fun Duo Challenge – where silliness and fitness combine!

The Fun Duo Challenge is a great way to introduce beginners and younger kids to the sport of triathlon where distances are shorter, and the fun element higher. Get your friends, family, colleagues or anyone else to partner up and register for the challenge.

It’s a team event, where both members have to complete the run + swim legs, then race to the finish piggyback style. Prizes will be given out to teams displaying “outstanding” style, strategy and teamwork and the best finish!

Race Format

      • The race will start with a 1.5 km run, followed by a 150m swim and a piggyback (or other creative) dash to the finish.
      • Both team members have to complete the run, swim legs and the final dash.
      • Both team members have to start each leg together. The one that arrives first, must wait for the other before starting the next leg.
      • The team with the most exciting and creative finish across the finish line will win.
